Open to ALL aquatic facilities whether you’re an E&A Client or not. Everyone’s invited! Winners will be chosen in each of these facility types:

Municipality • Indoor Water Park • Outdoor Water Park • Resort • Park & Rec • Swim School

E&A is once again turning up the excitement for International Lifeguard Appreciation Day (ILAD) with a social media contest that’s all about your team! This is your chance to celebrate the energy, dedication and pride your team brings to the deck every single day. This is more than a contest, it’s your team’s moment to shine, inspire others, and show the world what makes your lifeguards unforgettable.

Show Us What You’ve Got

For the month of July, show the world how you are celebrating ILAD 2026 and YOUR aquatics team. Aquatic facilities are invited to post photos or videos of your lifeguard team in action, in training and demonstrating how much you and your guests appreciate them.

Post and Tag

Share your content on social media any time in July. BE SURE TO TAG @ellisandassociates, @officaleanda and include all 3 official hashtags:
